Recipe: Tinkoff's Apple Snap Power Shake

Ingredients:
8 oz. Mott's Plus Light Apple Juice (60 cals)
2 Scoops Vanilla Whey Powder (180 cals)
10 Almonds (80 cals)
1 tbs. Psyllium Husk Fiber Powder (40 cals)
1 tsp. Cinnamon Powder
8 oz. Crushed Ice

Directions:
Throw everything in a high speed blender for 3 minutes until frothy. Add more juice if the mixture is too thick. Pour in glass, pop in a straw, and enjoy this tasty treat!

It's good to hear you back - and don't get stuck with the title of your show not reflecting your content. It's your great personality and delivery that makes the show happen. Don't be afraid to play with your format, even change your title to something more general like "Diana's Diet Diatribe" or whatever. Just keep recording - you're a natural.
